Orders are processed and ship only during business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing for bundles, closures, and frontals. Allow 2-3 weeks for wig orders. Remember all of our wig orders are custom made. Our shipping takes 2 business days. All goods ship via USPS.

Due to health reasons, we can not issue refunds or exchanges for extensions once they have been shipped and retrieved by the customer. We can not fully determine if hair extensions/products have been used. These products can cause health problems if we retrieve them from a customer in an unsanitary environment. When ordering hair please keep this in mind.
